PITTSBURGH — Channel 11's Renee Kaminski has learned that police are investigating disturbing cellphone video making its rounds on social media that allegedly shows a woman using a pillow to smother a baby girl.
Several WPXI-TV fans sent us the video and asked us to get police involved.

According to police, the video was recorded a few weeks ago.
The woman allegedly involved lives in an apartment building in Turtle Creek, according to people identifying themselves as relatives.
She allegedly wrote on social media that the video was just a prank designed to get her husband’s attention.
On Monday, Kaminski learned the baby has been taken away from the woman. In addition, CYF also took the woman’s other three children.
The baby, who’s around 1 year old, is OK, police said.
Turtle Creek police say they’ve called in Allegheny County Police Detectives to investigate.
