INDIANA COUNTY, Pa. — A suspicious package found outside of the Indiana County Courthouse on Tuesday turned out to be a box filled with children's toys.
Philadelphia Street between 8th and 9th streets was blocked off while police investigated.
The courthouse was not evacauted.
Police said they do not know who the package belongs to.
