The ownership of the Waterworks Shopping Center on Freeport Road looks poised to replace one closed home accessories retailer with another, based on public documents.
Agenda materials for a Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustments hearing scheduled for March 16 indicates a new business identification sign for a new HomeGoods store seeks approval from the public agency.
The address for which an approval is sought for the new HomeGoods store is 980 Freeport Road, the same address in which a Bed Bath & Beyond store closed last year, a chain that’s been facing challenges and cutting its stores here.
