Police: Braddock Church Buses Shot, Damaged

BRADDOCK, Pa.,None — Police are looking for the person responsible for firing a single shot that damaged two buses at a Braddock church.

Investigators said the incident happened around 2 a.m. Friday morning.

Resurrection Baptist Church pastor, Rev. Richard Freeman, said the buses are used to transport children to the church's day camp.

Police said the bullet entered the rear window of the fist bus and travelled through the front windshield, continuing into the back of the second bus where it was lodged in a seat.

Freeman said he has a message for the shooter.

"It could be you. It could be your mom's car, it could be your dad's car. But you know what? The car and the van, eh, that will go away. But the reality is it could've been somebody's life. The next time before you pick up a gun to shoot at somebody, think about that. It could be someone you love," said Freeman.
