NORTH FAYETTE, Pa. — A real-life “Grinch” was caught on camera snipping Christmas lights with scissors from a family’s yard in North Fayette.
He had these big sheers and he was just cutting away like he was trimming his bushes or something," said neighbor Jacque Daigle.

The homeowner actually ran outside and chased the man, who some neighbors said might only live a few streets away.
Neighbors in Walden Woods said they just want to know why someone would try to dim the bright lights and squash the spirit of Christmas, especially for a family who decorates for everyone to enjoy.
Police said they’ve identified their suspect -- they said they know who it is and he actually confessed. They won’t identify him until he’s charged.
