PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh police responded to a home in the 1300 block of Beechview Avenue after receiving 911 calls for reports of a person stabbed inside just after 8:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Officers found a man with a stab wound under his arm. Medics transported him to the hospital and said that he is in critical condition.

One female was taken to police headquarters for questioning.
Detectives from Major Crimes and the Crime Scene Unit are investigating the incident.
