Arrest warrant issued for man accused of killing woman during ‘shootout’ in Stowe Twp., police say

STOWE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of shooting and killing a woman in Stowe Township earlier this month.

Jerrel Marquis Ingram, 32, is wanted for criminal homicide. He is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds.

On Dec. 5, police responded in the area of 30 Tunnel Way around 4:30 a.m.

Madison Gilroy, 22, was found shot in the back, and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

Allegheny County police took over the investigation and said that Gilroy was killed during a shootout between Ingram and a security officer employed by the True Diamonds Gentleman’s Club. Police said Ingram was recently banned from the club.

Police said that night, Ingram drove up to the front door in his SUV and started arguing with security. As he drove way, he Ingram reportedly fired his gun multiple times, hitting one security officer in the leg, police said. Another security officer shot back in the direction of Ingram.

Allegheny County detectives, in consultation with the District Attorney’s Office, have obtained an arrest warrant for Ingram
