GREENSBURG, Pa. — The Barclay-Westmoreland Trust Company building in Greensburg hasn’t been used for years.
On Thursday, Channel 11's Melanie Marsalko learned that that's about to change.
It’ll take some time to get it back into good shape inside, but the developer plans to start renovating in the spring to bring new business to downtown.
