PITTSBURGH — Bloomfield’s 2020 Halloween Parade has been cancelled because of COVID-19, the Bloomfield Citizens Council announced Thursday.
The parade, Pittsburgh’s largest nighttime Halloween parade, was scheduled for Oct. 29. It would have been the 52nd one.

“While we, like you, are extremely disappointed not to have the parade this year, we have already begun working on the 2021 Halloween Parade which will be scheduled for Thursday, October 28th,” a news release said.
Back in 2017, the parade was saved after members of the community banded together.
