GREENE CO. — A former elementary school in Greene County has found a new purpose thanks to the Smith family.

Rick and Crystal Smith purchased the former building, Perry Elementary School, at an auction in 2015 for $340,000.

Following extensive renovations, the former campus is now a beautiful home.
