BRIDGEVILLE, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has 90 construction improvement projects planned for District 11 in 2022, a roughly $317 million investment.
Leaders for District 11, which comprises Allegheny, Beaver and Lawrence counties, hosted a public meeting on Tuesday in Bridgeville to discuss some of the most impactful plans.
Routes 28 and Interstate 79 will see several projects. You can see the full list below, including information on delays and restrictions.
Leaders said that the federal infrastructure bill will help to foot the bill. Funds will be used to pay off the projects happening this year, freeing up $60 million at the end of the year to bid out additional projects, a spokesperson said.
