ROBINSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 33-year-old man was arrested for allegedly robbing Rossi’s Market in Robinson Township on April 28.
Employees told police that Tyler Rutherford entered the market with a hoodie and mask and armed with a rifle, demanding cash.
Sheriff's deputies said Rutherford was arrested at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the city of Pittsburgh on Cedar Avenue near the Sunoco and took him into custody without incident.

He was taken to Robinson Township for questioning about the robbery.
In addition to an arrest warrant for the robbery, Rutherford had two bench warrants for violation of probation/parole stemming from a theft and an escape in 2014.
