REI store in Robinson closing for good Jan. 14

PITTSBURGH — The REI store located at Settlers Ridge in Robinson Township is set to close for good on Jan. 14.

According to a notice on the company’s website, the 11-year-old store will close permanently on that day at 8 p.m. The last day you can place an online order for store pickup or a Curbside Pickup order will be Thursday, Dec. 24.

The final day customers can drop off bikes for service will be this Friday.

It’s not clear why the store will be closing. The Southside Works location will be staying open.
