Surveillance captures men robbing Allegheny Co. gas station with ‘AR-style rifle’

ALLEGHENY CO., Pa. — Police are searching for two men who were caught on surveillance robbing an Allegheny County gas station with an “AR-style rifle.”

According to a release, the robbery happened around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Sunoco on Brownsville Road in Mt. Oliver.

Investigators said the two men walked in the store and demanded cash from the register. One of the men was seen holding what authorities described as an assault-rifle style weapon.
