Water poured down a Hampton Township road Monday morning after a water main break.
The break in a 12-inch line happened shortly after 5:30 a.m. Police temporarily closed Wildwood Road between Grouse Run and Bella Vista Drive because of the water rushing down both lanes.
Water service was disrupted for about 20 homes and a business.

Dennis Workman was among those who lost water pressure. He said he was getting about one-quarter of the water he usually does.
“I went downstairs. I thought we had a leak in the house somewhere, but nothing,” Workman said.
Crews quickly cut off water to the broken line and Wildwood Road reopened to traffic. Repairs lasted into the afternoon.
