BEIJING, China — He’s an Olympic veteran, but snowboarder Shaun White said he has some news moves planned for Beijing.
This will be the fifth Winter Games for White, who already has three gold medals.
He announced last month that this will be his last Olympics.
The 35-year-old said it’s been hard on his body.
“The day in and day out and the grind of doing these tricks,” he said. “And I took a really bad crash a couple days ago. And I remember I would just bounce back up and feel great, but I’m like, ‘Ooh, might need a couple more days rest before I get back out there.’”
White also joked that a lot of guys he used to compete against are now coaches.
