Hertz investing $4 million in upgrades for Gateway Center

PITTSBURGH — Look for a new tenant lounge, fitness center and other new amenities in the works at Gateway Center downtown.

According to an update by CBRE, which is representing the 1.5-million-square-foot downtown office complex, California-based Hertz Investment Group is in the process of investing $4 million in updates in the downtown property expected to be completed by the end of the year.
