31st Street Bridge back open after being closed for clean up following accident

PITTSBURGH — The 31st Street Bridge was closed for clean up late last night after a vehicle collision.

One of the vehicles on the bridge was leaking fuel onto the road.

Channel 11 observed a small sedan being being towed from the scene by a flat bed truck.

Police, fire and EMS were called to the scene at around 9:11 p.m.

Allegheny County dispatchers said that no one was injured.
