PITTSBURGH — Police have arrested a man in connection with a stabbing along the East Busway last week.
Delvin Dobbins, 19, is being held in the Allegheny County Jail, Port Authority Police announced Sunday night. He’s charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime and recklessly endangering another person.
Ross Township police and the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dobbins after authorities got a tip that he was in a fast food restaurant on McKnight Road.
Dobbins is accused of stabbing a 20-year-old man multiple times at the East Liberty Station in Pittsburgh just before 6 p.m. on Thursday.
The victim, identified as a Wilkinsburg resident, is being treated at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, port authority police say. He was last said to be in critical condition.

District Judge Dan Butler released Dobbins on a non-monetary bond following that incident. The East Busway stabbing happened just over a week later.
