Weather conditions were not perfect but those in attendance were in high spirits.

“We had some weather conditions that we’ve been battling and most of the tournament had to get canceled, but we were able to do the 11 youth bracket and 8 youth bracket and salvage two of the fields,” said the chief of the McKeesport Police Depart, Adam Alfer.

More than 43 youth baseball teams signed up to play in the event.
