A multi-vehicle crash shut down all inbound lanes on part of the Parkway West on Tuesday morning.
The interstate was completely closed between the Rosslyn Farms and Carnegie exits, but has since reopened.
Allegheny County dispatchers told Channel 11 that two people were taken to a hospital from the scene.
