Teen dies after he was shot by older brother in Larimer, police say A teen boy who was shot in Larimer earlier this month has died.

PITTSBURGH — A teen boy who was shot in Larimer earlier this month has died.

On Thursday, Pittsburgh Police said the teen, who was shot on the 6200 block of East Liberty Blvd on Jan. 4 had died.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner identified him as Carmello Mosley, 14. He died at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital on Jan. 7 at 10:30 p.m.

Criminal charges have been filed against Jordan Mosley, 16. Court documents allege Jordan Mosley was the one to call 911, saying he shot his 14-year-old brother in the head. When officers got on the scene, the criminal complaint states Mosley told them “I accidentally shot my brother” and no one else was in the home.

He is being held at the Allegheny County Jail without bail.
