MILLVALE, Pa. — A woman was impaired when she slammed into a house in Millvale Thursday morning, police said.
It happened on Evergreen Avenue in Millvale around 9 a.m.
Police tell Channel 11 the driver had heroin in her possession and she will face charges.

No one was living in the home the driver hit, but there was some damage to the home next door.
No one was hurt.
The road was shut down while crews worked to remove the car.
