PITTSBURGH — A fire forced eight people out of three row homes in Pittsburgh’s Manchester neighborhood early Tuesday morning, police said.
Firefighters were called about 1:30 a.m. to Page Street, where flames mostly burned in the middle of the three units. However, the fire did cause damage to the two end units.
None of the eight people who lived in the homes were hurt. The Red Cross is assisting them.

The fire was brought under control just before 3 a.m.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
