PENN HILLS, Pa. — A Penn Hills man spent more than 10 years downloading child pornography inside his home, according to police.
Anthony Palandro, 42, is in the Allegheny County Jail after admitting to the crime.

He faces 11 counts of sexual abuse of children and possession of child pornography.
Palandro reportedly told agents from the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Crimes Against Children Task Force, "he's been looking at child pornography since he was in his early 30s" and "knew it was illegal to possess it."
He was identified after an online investigation in April, that worked to identify people who use a file sharing network to collect child pornography.
