PENN HILLS, Pa. — Crews will start repair work on a retaining wall in Penn Hills on Tuesday, weather permitting.
Nadine Road from Allegheny River Boulevard to Lincoln Road has been shut down since July 12 because of a landslide that overturned the retaining wall, causing part of the road to collapse.
There is a detour to in effect and the work should take about two months.
