PITTSBURGH — This pleasant and dry stretch will last through Saturday.
Mostly sunny this afternoon with highs back above average in the low 70s.
Still bright, but expect a few more passing clouds Thursday afternoon; highs will be in the low 70s.
Partly cloudy and dry Friday; highs will be in the upper 60s near 70 degrees. Cool and calm conditions are expected for Friday night football, with temperatures falling through the 50s.
Sun and some high clouds build Saturday; high temperatures will reach the low 70s.
Rain from what will be the remnants of Isaias is expected to arrive Sunday and continue through Monday of next week with cooler marks in the 60s.
For our local area, flooding does not seem to be a concern at this point from this tropical system; rainfall amounts look to be between .5″ - .75″ at the moment.
