RDC and Stabile see strong enough apartment demand to pursue high-rise project across from PNC Park

PITTSBURGH — Merrill Stabile is ready to back away from the parking business at at least one of his company’s sites on the North Shore.

That would be the site his Alco Parking Corp. has long owned along General Robinson Street across from PNC Park on the North Side.
