PITTSBURGH — Nearly 3,000 people are without power as heavy downpours pass through the Pittsburgh region.
According to Duquesne Light Company, 2,859 customers are without electricity.
Of those, 2,646 are in Allegheny County and 213 are in Beaver County.

At this time, West Penn Power is reporting fewer power outages locally.
The highest number of outages reported to West Penn Power is 79 in Allegheny County. All of the other counties show fewer than 30 outages each.
