PITTSBURGH — It will be warm and muggy again Wednesday, and that will set the stage for scattered showers and storms.
Other than a passing shower early, most of the day will be dry, with showers and storms developing during the late afternoon and evening. Heavy rain, gusty winds, and frequent lightning will come with any storms that form, so watch for localized flooding.
Off and on showers and storms continue through Thursday afternoon, but most of the rain will wrap up by evening.
