During a recent appearance on the Late Night with Seth Meyers show, Mike Tomlin reflected on the worst call a ref made against his team as the Pittsburgh Steelers head coach.
“I go to the holding call for a safety in the Super Bowl,” Tomlin said.
Meyers pointed out that the Steelers won Super Bowl XLIII, but the holding call late in the game on center Justin Hartwig in the end zone that resulted in a safety still bothers him.

“He tried to decide the outcome of the game,” Tomlin said with a laugh. “That was, I don’t know, 17, 18 years ago. When I still see that official, I’m not going to mention him by name. We talk about it a little bit.”
