MONROEVILLE — The DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Monroeville Convention Center Hotel, a key hotel near the Monroeville Mall that is a rare full-service property for the East suburbs, has been sold.

Property records indicate that an affiliate of downtown-based Oxford Development Co., which has owned the property since before the Great Recession, recently sold the property to an entity called 101 Monroeville Boulevard Owner LLC, which CoStar records indicate is led by investor Yaacov Amar.

Amar did not immediately return a phone call.

Oxford declined to comment.
