Black bear spotted in Allison Park

ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. — A black bear was spotted in Allison Park.

The bear was seen in the Harts Run Road area just after midnight Wednesday.

A neighbor shared surveillance video with Channel 11 that shows the bear walking near her house.
