ETNA, Pa. — Route 8 in Etna has reopened after a crash that sent two men to the hospital on Monday afternoon.
Allegheny County 911 tells Channel 11 firefighters, police and medics were called to the scene of the crash at 2:30 p.m.

The crash initially shut down southbound Route 8 between Catherine Street, Grant Avenue and Kittanning Street. Those lanes have since reopened.
Etna Fire Chief Greg Porter tells Channel 11 that the crash involved two occupied vehicles and several unoccupied vehicles.
Allegheny County police said both men are in serious but stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
