Missing, endangered 2-year-old girl found safe, Pennsylvania State Police say

LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — A missing and endangered 2-year-old girl from Lackawanna County has been found.

Pennsylvania State Police said Norah Summa has been found and is safe.
