PNC closing 47 more branches nationwide including 1 in Cranberry Township

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — PNC is pulling the plug on another 47 branches across 14 states, according to new regulatory filings that were confirmed by the bank on Thursday.

One is in the Pittsburgh metro: the North Boundary branch at 20940 Route 19 in Cranberry Township. It is one of two in Pennsylvania — the other is in Pen Argyl.

The remaining 13 affected states are Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas and Virginia.

All will close on June 23, PNC said.
