1 teen killed, another hurt in shooting outside of McKeesport convenience store

MCKEESPORT, Pa. — The owner of the Unimart in McKeesport showed us surveillance video that he gave to investigators as they work to find out who shot two teenagers outside the store Tuesday.

We’ve paused the video on-air before it shows the teen falling to the ground.

Chance Naylor was killed, and the other teen is in critical condition. Both were students at McKeesport High School.

“It makes me feel pretty bad that things like that happen in a neighborhood, especially in a convenience store,” a customer told Channel 11.

Moments after the initial shooting, the video shows one of the teens pulling out his own gun, firing at the shooter and running after him.

At this point, police haven’t released any information about what the motive could be.

“It’s heartbreaking, and something needs to be done with the violence,” another customer told us.

From outside the store, we spotted at least three bullet holes in the glass windows and door.

Customers told us it gave them an uneasy feeling knowing that the shooter hasn’t been arrested.

“Something has to be done. I don’t know the answer. We just gotta pray.”

The store owner told said he is in the process of buying even more cameras for his business.
