NORTH BRADDOCK, Pa. — A man accused of shooting two men in two separate incidents, just a day apart, appeared in court Tuesday afternoon.
One of the shooting victims took the stand to give his account of what happened the day he was allegedly shot four times by Courde Daye, 20, who faces assault, firearm possession and robbery charges.
The man said when he came back out from using the bathroom in his cell phone store, Daye was pointing a gun at him. He wrestled with Daye and ended up shot in the leg four times.
HHe swore on his mom if I let him go, he wouldn’t shoot me again," the man said.
Charges in both cases were held for court. Daye’s next court appearance has been scheduled for March.
