Addison is thrilled to be back home in the Pittsburgh area, telling the stories that matter most to her community. A Pittsburgh native, Addison grew up just outside the city in Saxonburg and graduated from Knoch High School before heading to Penn State University, where she studied Broadcast Journalism. #WEARE Before stepping into the newsroom, Addison spent much of her childhood on stage. She trained with Pittsburgh Musical Theater and The North Star Kids and is a 3x Henry Mancini Award winner. Those early experiences helped spark her love of storytelling — something she now brings to her work every day as a reporter. Now, Addison spends her days covering local stories across Westmoreland County. In her free time, she likes to follow WPIAL sports that her brother and Dad coach, and, of course, cheer on the Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins as a lifelong Pittsburgher. Before returning home to Pittsburgh, Addison worked as the morning anchor at WTOV9 in Steubenville, Ohio, alongside former Channel 11 sports anchor Bill Phillips. She’s beyond excited to be back in Western Pennsylvania, sharing the stories of the communities that shaped her.
